This morning, futures indicate a modestly higher open for the mkt. Helping the cause is Cisco (CSCO), which authorized up to $10 bln in additional stock repurchases, bringing its total amount authorized to $62 bln. So far it has been a slow morning, as there is little notable news. But today's options expiration could add volatility to the mkt.
